Dania Brener


Is the founder and CEO of Balance Nutrition by Dania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, and her Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University. Dania has built her nutrition and counseling experience in medical nutrition therapy by completing 1200 hours of dietetic internship at New York University and by working as an outpatient private practice dietitian treating clients with a wide variety of health and behavioral conditions. She is passionate about making her patients feel their very best, help them create a healthy relationship with food, and prevent and/or treat markers of chronic disease. She is keen on making each session individualized to the needs of her patients.

She advocates for a balanced approach to diet, hydration, physical activity, sleep, and stress management, ensuring that wellness is attainable and enjoyable. Rejecting the notion of restrictive diets, Dania embraces the philosophy that all foods can be part of a healthy regimen, fostering a nourishing relationship with food that celebrates both health and pleasure.
