Three Month Program

This package is for you if you're looking to transform your nutrition and lifestyle habits for the long term using our method that focuses on consistency, guidance and accountability. Ideal for patients with PCOS, Endometriosis, Fertility Issues, Irregular Cycles, Menopause, or Hormone Imbalances. When you complete this program, you will have a better understanding of what your specific concern looks like, how to nourish your body to help improve your symptoms and you will feel empowered to continue on this journey on your own. This is a 3 month minimum program. During our 6 sessions together you will receive:

  • Six 1:1 nutrition coaching consults with me: 1 assessment (60-90 min) + 5 follow ups (45 min each)

  • Personalized Meal Plan for your specific hormonal concerns

  • One InBody (body composition) analysis exam

  • Access to nutrition related guides from our library 

  • Ongoing support and access to the practice better food logging diary

  • 1:1 access to me Monday through Friday through the Practice Better messaging system

  • Access to our hormone friendly recipe library

  • Personalized supplement recommendations
