Mustard Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs


2 lbs chicken thighs bone in skin off

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

For the sauce:

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard

1 tbsp regular mustard

2 tbsp honey

6 cloves of garlic minced

¼ tsp red pepper flakes


Preheat oven to 425F. Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and season the generously with salt and pepper. Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and pour the sauce over the chicken thighs. Toss them well until they are covered in sauce. Transfer the chicken thighs into a baking dish or baking sheet with the remaining sauce. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F
