Roasted Salmon with Herbs


🌿Salmon fillets

🌿2 tbsp lemon juice

🌿2 tbsp olive oil

🌿1/2 cup minced scallions

🌿1/2 cup minced dill

🌿1/2 cup minced parsley

🌿1/4 cup white wine


Preheat oven to 425•F. Season salmon with salt and pepper. In a separate container whisk the olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle mixture over the salmon. In a small bowl stir the scallions, parsley, and dill and scatter over the salmon. Pour wine around the fish

Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
