Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

½ tbsp kosher salt


¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika


Directions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Trim the cauliflower ends taking off the leaves. Preheat the oven at 400F. Place the whole cauliflower in the boiling water and let steam for 10-15minutes covered. Take cauliflower out of the boiling water and place on a baking sheet. Cover the head of cauliflower with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and paprika. Massage the spices into the crevices of the cauliflower so it is completely covered. (you can add more spices or olive oil if needed) . Place in the 400F oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.


Serve with tahini and pomegranate seeds on top for extra color and crunch
