Ingredients:
🍔1/2 red onion
🍔1/2 red bell pepper
🍔1 tomato
🍔1 celery stock
🍔1 egg
🍔1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
🍔2 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
🍔1/2 tsp ground mustard
🍔1/2 tsp cumin
🍔Pinch of red chili pepper flakes
🍔Pinch of salt and pepper
🍔1 tray of ground turkey
Directions:
Dice the vegetables as fine as possible and place in a bowl. Add the ground turkey, spices, soy sauce, mustard and the egg. With your hands, mix well until it is all incorporated. Make patties and cook in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. Then place the pan in a 350•F pre-heated oven for an additional 7 minutes.
