Turkey meatballs


1 container ground turkey

1 red bell pepper

1 large roma tomato

½ of a large onion

1 egg

¼ cup whole wheat bread crumbs

Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper to taste

½ jar Rao’s Marinara sauce

Directions: dice vegetables, and sauté in 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Set aside. Mix veggies with ground turkey, spices, egg and ww bread crumbs. Make into small balls and place in large pot to brown on both sides. Add Marinara sauce and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
